Sex Educator | Youth Worker | Esteem Network Director

Gareth Cheesman (he/him) is a sex educator and youth worker. He is on a mission to champion healthy relationships and sexual wellbeing, primarily through school based relationships and sex education.

Gareth has over 15 years of experience in relationships and sex education, providing education to thousands of young people and training others to do the same. As the network director for Esteem/ACET, he has trained many of the 100 Days of Sex Ed experts.

He has a special interest in creating RSE games and physical resource like See it, Shout It! and #isitOK?. Given half a chance he will take any opportunity to spend an afternoon discussing the latest relationships and sexual health research over coffee and cake.

Gareth is based in the North West of the UK. He provides RSE online and in person to people all over the world.
