Lisa de Jong (she/her) is a women's health educator, coach, and facilitator. She is on a mission to support individuals with menstrual cycle challenges through a mind-body and pain science approach.
Lisa works through a holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed lens, specialising in menstrual health, chronic pain, and trauma. She offers a gentle yet transformative approach to help individuals understand their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim agency for better decision-making and recovery.
She works with individuals and runs online group programs worldwide. She is also the founder of the globally accredited Menstrual Coach Academy, where she trains professionals to support others facing menstrual health challenges.
Lisa is based in Ireland and is half Dutch, half Irish
